Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Legal, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal counsel, preparing legal documents, managing legal issues, and ensuring legal compliance across all projects. The role will also involve negotiating contracts and agreements, as well as advising on legal risks and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
• Experience in Legal Consulting and handling Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the environmental or water management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a Master's degree or equivalent is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities :

- Reviewing and drafting legal contracts

- Mitigating risks related to rights and responsibilities in agreements

- Reviewing or conducting corporate actions

- Preparing all documents related to agreements to be drafted and reviewed

- Designing corporate strategies within the scope of business law
