About the Job
Improving the quality of human resources in accordance with corporate standards and each business unit for which it is responsible to optimize employee performance in running the company&aposs business.
What will you be doing
- Identify appropriate training needs (training needs analysis) in each business unit/function under their responsibility to ensure all employees have the appropriate training modules to perform their jobs.
- Determine key employee development targets according to business needs (including the need for manpower as operational line leaders) in accordance with the identified training needs analysis, ensuring the company has qualified employees to achieve its business targets.
- Determine materials, presenters, and technical training/learning/sharing methods according to development targets to ensure the quality of training/learning aligns with business needs.
- Develop a calendar of events for employee development in accordance with business needs and corporate agendas so that development activities can run effectively and optimally.
- Ensure individual development is aligned with competency standards and needs to improve the quality of the company&aposs human resources.
- Optimize employee development operational costs within the available budget so that the development process can run more effectively and efficiently.
- Update and develop training materials so that learning modules align with business developments, industry trends, and technology.
- Evaluate and develop team performance to achieve maximum work productivity and continuous improvement.
What do we look for
- Bachelor&aposs Degree, Psychology majors preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in HR Training/People Development and minimum 3 years in Managerial position.
- Proven experience with effective learning and development methods.
- Have BNSP&aposs certification would be a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
- Willing to be located in our Head Office in Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
