We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead Human Resources in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to play both a strategic and operational role, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and aligning with our group-level HR policies under the Associate HR Director.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Associate HR Director to implement group-level policies and objectives.
Lead HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Oversee performance management, learning & development, and welfare initiatives.
Act as primary point of contact for grievances, resignations, and terminations.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
8+ years HR experience in both strategic and operational roles.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and compliance requirements.
Experience handling HR across multiple sites/locations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Experience in aquaculture, fisheries, or animal health industry will be considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Workday preferred).
