Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Information Technology System Analyst, based on-site in Yogyakarta. The Senior Information Technology System Analyst will be responsible for performing system analysis, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing information technology systems. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the design and implementation of effective IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience in the Banking industry is a plus
• Expertise in Create Technical Specification Document
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
