Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing e-wallet business in Indonesia (APB-AtomePay). This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive talent strategies, support organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company's fintech mission.

The role is Indonesia-focused and is ideal for an HR professional with solid HRBP experience in tech, digital payments, or financial services, preferably within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders and line managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
  • Act as a key driver of culture, change, and engagement initiatives, fostering a high-performance and inclusive environment.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
  • Work with COE teams to roll out group-wide HR programs including performance management, compensation reviews, and L&D initiatives.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure HR processes and practices adhere to local labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support employee onboarding, retention, and internal mobility programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights that improve people and business outcomes.
  • Champion the company's employer brand and employee experience across all touchpoints.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 58 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role, preferably in tech, digital financial services, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR regulations, and prior experience working with OJK regulations is required.
  • Experience in e-wallet, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, coach managers, and support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with HR metrics and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
