Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organization design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support managers in implementing performance management cycles, coaching leaders on giving feedback, setting goals, and developing talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, hiring needs) and provide insights to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring needs and workforce quality meet business expectations.
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are consistently applied and aligned with local labor regulations.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
  • Mentor junior HR team members and contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational planning.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
