Job Description
We're looking for a high-performing Growth Strategy professional to lead key initiatives that fuel our business growth, profitability, and market expansion. In this role, you will be both a strategic thinker and an executional powerhouseusing insights to drive actions, and actions to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive company-wide OKRs related to growth, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and internal business performance.
- Lead the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, branch expansions, or brand entries.
- Design, execute, and iterate on initiatives such as pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
- Validate growth hypotheses through structured, data-driven experimentation (A/B tests, cohort analysis, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and campaigns.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present them to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Operate with a hands-on, execution-first mindsetwilling to roll up your sleeves to drive real impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product marketing, or business operations roles within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong background in business strategy, market expansion, or product marketing.
- Proven ability to perform financial analysis, revenue modeling, and unit economics evaluation.
- Highly data-driven: strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business decisions.
- Comfortable owning initiatives end-to-endfrom strategy to executionwith minimal guidance.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic environment with constant change and rapid iteration.
- Bonus: Experience in consumer-tech, retail, or multi-market operations.
