Job Description
The Growth Strategy Manager will lead the strategy and execution of key growth initiatives for the Lending business. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, shaping the strategy and solution approach, and driving cross-functional execution to improve activation, engagement, and lending performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and size growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for the lending business.
- Define clear growth strategies and hypotheses, and translate them into structured initiatives and actionable plans for the wider team.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic growth initiatives: from problem framing, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, and Telesales to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned with risk and regulatory constraints, and effectively implemented.
- Use data to understand performance, diagnose issues, and generate insights; prioritize and recommend next steps based on impact and effort.
- Build and maintain a pipeline/roadmap of growth initiatives, helping the team focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Prepare clear communication materials (e.g., business cases, proposals, progress updates) for senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product strategy, consulting, or a related analytical role; experience in fintech or digital consumer businesses is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and turning them into concrete initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills: comfortable working with data, using dashboards/BI tools, and translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end, working closely with Product, Tech, and Operations.
- Ability to structure complex problems, break them into logical components, and drive alignment on priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with digital product growth levers (e.g., lifecycle, incentives, loyalty, user journeys) and experimentation concepts is an advantage.
