Position Summary
We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Company frontend applications. As a key member of engineering team, you'll create responsive user interfaces that directly enhance user engagement and system usability while setting technical standards for frontend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces using React and Next.js
- Implement and maintain frontend performance standards with Lighthouse scores of 90+ across key interfaces
- Establish frontend technical standards and ensure seamless integration with backend services
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
- Create reusable component libraries and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Optimize page load times and user experience, directly impacting user retention
- Implement security best practices in frontend development
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of frontend development experience with deep expertise in React ecosystem
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux, Context API)
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and performance optimization
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-quality web applications
- Experience with responsive design and optimization for various devices and network conditions
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience in fintech or collections industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- History of mentoring junior developers and establishing coding standards
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in relation to user interfaces
