Senior Finance Planning & Analyst

Description:

• Develop long-term financial plans and predictive analysis to support business growth
• Align financial planning with corporate strategy, investment priorities, and expansion goals
• Provide financial insights that enable quick and informed business decisions
• Support corporate finance in evaluating Management Accounting, investment opportunities, and financial restructuring
• Provide real-time financial insights to drive agility and continuous improvement
• Streamline financial reporting, analytics and predictive analysis processes to enhance efficiency
• Develop financial strategies for new core squad
• Identify and implement strategic funding solutions to support new business growth
• Ensure that financial decisions are fast, data-driven and opportunity-focused
• Continuously monitor business performance and implement corrective actions in real time

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Min. 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management accounting
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and investment evaluation
• Experience with predictive analytics and real-time reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to align financial plans with business strategy and goals
• Knowledge of funding strategies and capital structuring for new ventures
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
