Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage company assets, including asset registration, inventory tracking, stock opname, asset movement, and reporting.
  • Support corporate insurance administration, policy renewals, claims handling, and coordination with insurance brokers/providers.
  • Monitor and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs, workplace inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Support workplace security operations, including access card management, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate office facilities, renovation, fit-out, relocation, and workplace improvement projects.
  • Assist in sustainability and ESG initiatives, including environmental data collection, monitoring, and sustainability reporting.
  • Manage procurement administration through Coupa, including vendor onboarding,
  • PR/PO processing, invoice tracking, and payment coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workplace facilities, safety, security, sustainability, and operational processes run effectively.
  • Compliance management and implementation of Group H&S, Physical Security and Travel Security Policy and related local HSE, Security regulation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Property Management, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, General Affairs (GA), HSE, Security Operations, Asset Management, Sustainability, or related functions.
  • Experience handling office facilities, workplace projects, vendor management, and procurement processes.
  • Strong understanding of HSE practices, workplace safety regulations, and security operations.
  • Experience in asset management, stock opname, inventory control, and office administration.
  • Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
