Qualifications
- Graduates of Associate's Degree in Environmental Engineering & Public Health (any major with related experience are welcome)
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Familiar with SMK3, 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
- Understands and is familiar with UKL/UPL reporting
- Preferably holds AK3 Workplace Safety and General AK3 certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area - Join ASAP
Job Description
- Prepare safety documents for audits.
- Conduct HIRADC safety reviews with relevant departments.
- Implement workplace accident prevention programs.
- Monitor the safe disposal of LB3 waste.
- Compiling safety documents such as (inspections, JSAs, HIRADC, etc.).
- Developing standards and procedures related to plant safety.
- Compiling and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on safety activities.
- Preparing quarterly reports and submitting them to the Department of Labor and other relevant agencies.
- Procure and maintain OSH facilities (fire extinguishers & hydrants), PPE, and safety signs.
- Conduct OSH guideline briefings and provide routine training to workers on OSH topics (use of fire extinguishers, first aid, use of PPE, emergency response).
