About The Role
PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Health & Safety Officer (HSE) to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment within our clients warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in mitigating risks, upholding safety standards, and fostering a culture of safety across our logistics infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and identify potential hazards or unsafe behaviors.
- Risk Management: Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective safety improvement plans for infrastructure and processes.
- Reporting & Investigation: Generate detailed safety data reports, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant authorities to develop long-term preventative strategies.
- Maintenance & Oversight: Inspect equipment and processes, coordinate repairs, and ensure all operations meet ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Training & Communication: Develop and deliver safety training programs, present protocols during staff meetings, and provide actionable feedback to team members regarding compliance.
- Documentation: Monitor staff performance against safety KPIs and maintain rigorous documentation for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in any field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an HSE role, specifically within Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or warehousing and transportation sectors.
- Certification: Possesses a valid AK3 Umum certificate.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced in implementing and managing ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
- Language: Fluent in English (Professional proficiency). Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Requirements:
- 2335 years old.
- Holds a valid Driving License (SIM A / SIM C).
- Proven ability to draft complex incident investigation reports.
- Available for immediate employment.
- Willing to work extended hours as required by operational demands.
- Willing to be based in Cibitung, Bekasi.
- Soft Skills: High integrity, strong work ethic, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
