(Senior) Electrical Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for (Senior) Electrical Engineers to join our Indonesia team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary technical and communication skills to design and implement complex electrical systems for data centre projects. This role requires collaboration with other engineering disciplines and teams in different countries to ensure that MEP systems align with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

. Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP)

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients, contractors, and team members.

Education & Experience

. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian

. Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in working on buildings construction projects, either from design consultancy or electrical equipment vendor or electrical contractor

. Experience in Data Centres projects or similar critical facilities would be advantageous

• Understand the project requirements and coordinate with Arch, Civil, MEP team, and Client across all the stages
• Designing complete Electrical Systems of a project
• Preparation of Electrical system design calculations and schemes
• Preparation of electrical BOD, BOQ, Cable schedule, Load estimation, and Quantity estimation
• Design of Lighting, Power, cable tray, Earthing, and Equipment layouts
• Calculations such as load calculation, Transformer / DG / Capacitor Bank sizing, Cable Sizing / Schedule / HT / LT Cable sizing, Tray Sizing, Lighting Calculation, Short Circuit Calculation, Earthing Calculation, and Lightning protection
• Coordinate closely with project managers and clients throughout all phases.
