Responsibilities

Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Measure and optimize digital marketing ROI across channels (Search, Display, Website).
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards & competitor benchmarks using tools like Looker, Looker Studio, and Google Data Studio.
Monitor and analyze performance of website analytics (GA4), SEM & GDN / Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards & competitor benchmarks.
Present clear, compelling data stories to clients and internal stakeholders, with actionable recommendations.
Oversee tracking setup, tagging, and dashboard implementation to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
35 years experience in digital analytics or performance marketing, preferably in an agency/consultancy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker & Looker Studio / Data Studio, Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
