Purpose of the Role:

Brand Manager will drive the growth and success of our brands. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, leading impactful marketing campaigns, and fostering strong brand equity. Expectations of the Role:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Drive product development and innovation from a brand perspective.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and trade marketing plans.
  • Manage and enhance brand equity and brand health.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and measure marketing ROI.
  • Lead successful new product launches.
  • Contribute to P&L management for assigned brands.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development, R&D).
  • Analyze market data, brand tracking studies, and marketing performance to inform strategies.

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or brand management.

Marketing Expertise:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful ATL and BTL campaigns.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Digital Marketing, including Social Media and Influencer Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Development from a brand perspective.
  • Solid knowledge of Pricing Strategy and Trade Marketing principles.
  • Deep understanding of Brand Equity building and management.
  • Experience in measuring Marketing ROI and managing marketing budgets.
  • Proven experience in launching new products successfully.
  • Familiarity with P&L management for brands.

Leadership Capabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Proven capability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with other related teams.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including market data, brand health tracking, and marketing budget analysis.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating market changes.
