Role Summary

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and driving Hangry's brand strategy across multiple brands. This role translates business priorities into clear brand roadmaps, leads and develops brand teams, and ensures marketing initiatives are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with overall business objectives.

Job Description

  • Translate business priorities and marketing frameworks into actionable brand roadmaps with clear objectives, KPIs, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Junior Leads and Leads to ensure strong execution of brand strategies across advertising, KOL, partnerships, regional, and campaign initiatives.
  • Drive brand growth through continuous analysis of performance, market trends, competition, and consumer insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of cohesive marketing strategies across Hangry brands, ensuring consistency with brand direction and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Revenue, Growth, Product) to ensure initiatives are integrated, efficient, and contribute to business results.
  • Ensure marketing investments are optimized by interpreting performance data and rationalizing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands and/or leading mid-level marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.
  • Solid understanding of brand management, market research, competition analysis, and consumer segmentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic yet hands-on mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG, tech startups, or digital-first companies is a strong advantage.
