Job Description

As a Senior BDE, you will:

Drive partnerships with franchises, parent companies, and enterprise networks
Manage the full BD funnel: lead sourcing consultative selling closing rollout
Act as a trusted consultant, uncovering client pain points and crafting ROI-driven solutions
Lead pilot programs and scale them into enterprise rollouts
Research market trends and identify growth opportunities to strengthen BukuPays position

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales (fintech, POS, QRIS, SaaS, or F&B/franchise ecosystem preferred)
Strong track record of closing enterprise/franchise deals with multi-outlet rollouts
Wide network access in franchise/enterprise communities
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills (Indonesian & English)
Based in Jakarta, with occasional travel

Nice to Have:
