Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional customer service
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored investment, wealth management, and banking products to help them achieve their financial goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and investment advisors, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
- Actively monitor client portfolios and market trends, and provide timely updates and recommendations to clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures client segment by identifying new business opportunities and referrals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or wealth management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Proficient in financial analysis, investment planning, and portfolio management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
