Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK) and Indonesian financial regulations.
Coordinate and lead annual audits, liaising with external auditors.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely submission.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of the companys annual budget and financial forecasts.

Monitor and report on budget variances and provide explanations for significant differences.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Experience in the multifinance industry or financial services sector is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.

Skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
