Achieving retention/renewal targets and monitoring third-party performance through business development and premium growth.
Coordinating trainings and workshops on Employee Benefit products for third parties as part of education, awareness, and information dissemination efforts.
Coordinating client requestssuch as proposal submissions and negotiationswith the Group Underwriting and Actuarial departments.
Generating monthly sales reports for submission to the Head of the Employee Benefits Client Relationship Department.
Job Requirements:
At least hold Bachelors degree, from any major
Minimum 5 years experience in Life Insurance industry specifically Employee Benefit
Having good knowledge in Group Health Insurance (Indemnity & Managed Care)
Having good communication skill
Excellence in sales strategy concept and Risk Calculation of Group Health Insurance Products
