Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist with a strong interest in AI-powered search (GPT, Answer Engines, and Generative Search) to support our organic growth initiatives.

This role will go beyond traditional SEO you will help optimize content and pages for search engines, AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini), and answer engines, ensuring our brand is visible across the evolving search landscape.

You will collaborate closely with Growth, Content, Product, and Engineering teams to execute scalable SEO strategies and experiment with next-generation organic acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and structured content.
  • Optimize landing pages to improve organic rankings and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Monitor keyword rankings and continuously optimize pages based on performance data.

Technical SEO

  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed problems, and structured data implementation.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure SEO-friendly website architecture.
  • Perform site audits using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

AI / GPT / AEO Optimization

  • Optimize content for AI search engines and LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Structure content to be answer-ready (clear entities, FAQs, semantic clarity, chunking)
  • Implement schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Article, Product) to improve machine readability
  • Develop content that increases the likelihood of being cited in AI-generated answers
  • Monitor brand visibility in AI search results and answer engines
  • Support experiments in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure articles and landing pages follow SEO best practices.
  • Optimize existing content to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Develop SEO briefs and content guidelines based on keyword opportunities.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Provide regular reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO impact.
  • Identify insights and propose experiments to improve organic acquisition.

Growth & Experimentation

  • Support SEO experiments and growth initiatives, including landing page testing, internal linking improvements, and new content opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new SEO opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO or organic growth.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Basic understanding of how AI search / LLMs work (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML basics, structured data, and website crawling concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale websites, marketplace, or travel/hospitality platforms
  • Familiarity with content strategy and search intent optimization
  • Knowledge of programmatic SEO or scalable landing page generation
  • Experience with A/B testing or growth experimentation
