We are hiring skilled Salesforce (Core) Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining RPA and PowerApps solutions within Digital Finance, combining low-code expertise with strong software development principles to drive efficient and scalable automation. More details as below:

Job Summary:

A hands-on Salesforce Developer role focused on designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise solutions by translating business requirements into high-quality technical implementations while collaborating with global teams and contributing to complex, high-impact projects

Role: Salesforce (Core) Developer (Contract)

Contract Start: 1 Year

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience developing on the Salesforce Lightning Platform;

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, validation rules), and security model;

• Experience building custom business logic using Apex, including triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers;

• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrating with Apex controllers;

• Exposure to system integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs and external services;

• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, including source control, CI/CD, and deployment best practices;

• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions;

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives;

• Strong problem solving skills with attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability;

• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required);

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred);

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (a strong plus);

• Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configurations;

• Translating functional and technical requirements into maintainable, scalable Salesforce solutions;

• Implementing core Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects;

• Developing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing;

• Applying Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy;

• Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code following Salesforce and object oriented programming best practices;

• Supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and post go live stabilization (hypercare);

• Identifying technical risks, performance considerations, and proposing appropriate solutions;

• Collaborating with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver end to end solutions;

• Contributing to technical documentation such as technical designs, configuration workbooks, and deployment notes;

• Coaching junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
