Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs (onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, soft skills).
  • Assess training needs and continuously update materials to align with company goals and market conditions.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Support hiring activities, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating Sales Executive candidates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent application of sales standards, processes, and best practices across teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training & development, sales training, or talent development, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Educational background in Psychology or Human Resource Management (Manajemen SDM).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking in front of groups.
  • Experience in supporting recruitment/hiring processes is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable development plans.
  • Passionate about helping people grow, structured in planning, and proactive in improving training quality.
  • Basic skills in social media management or content editing (video or graphic) is a plus.
  • This position is urgently needed
