Trainer Telesales (Finance Project) | Penempatan: Solo

Job Description:

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for telesales agents.

• Develop training materials, modules, scripts, and sales guidelines.

• Conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and communication skills training.

• Monitor and evaluate agent performance after training sessions.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and improvement plans to increase sales performance.

• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations to identify training needs.

• Ensure training aligns with company targets, KPIs, and quality standards.

• Conduct refreshment training and performance improvement sessions when required.

• Prepare training reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trainer in BPO telesales environment.

• Strong knowledge of telesales processes and sales strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good analytical and coaching skills.

• Able to work in shifts.

• English proficiency will be a plus.

• Target-oriented and performance-driven.
