Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support – Mandarin Speaking position located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include:

• As a translator for Mandarin, English and Indonesian
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with office staffs and external parties
• Managing calendar and organizing appointments / meetings / events, booking and arranging travel including transport and itineraries
• Preparing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Willing to travel for business trip

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer needs and foster strong professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales Operations processes to ensure seamless sales activities
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction with a problem-solving mindset
• Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Personal Assisstant, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
