Role Description

PT. Mahkota Prima is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to work on-site in Banten, Indonesia. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining strong communication with clients, developing customer relationships, and driving sales efforts. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with the engineering team to provide tailored solutions. The Sales Engineer will also ensure customer satisfaction and work proactively to meet sales goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand client technical requirements and offer tailored product solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven experience in driving Sales and achieving performance targets in a competitive market
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Educational background in engineering or a related field preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese Language
• Familiarity with electrical panels or related technical products is a plus
