Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging in networking, participating in trade shows, and staying connected with industry events to expand the company&aposs reach.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • 3 years of experience at a finance and leasing company is preferable
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
