Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or project.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and target-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-paced sales environment
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
