Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Transformation Lead with operator-side experience in sales effectiveness and transformation programs for fixed broadband and fixed wireless access (FWA). This role will design, implement, and govern large-scale sales transformation initiatives to drive sustainable growth and commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a sales effectiveness blueprint, covering:
- Segmentation & coverage models
- Multi-channel strategy (retail, field, SME, digital)
- Incentives, KPIs, and governance
- Establish a cadence and operating model for sustainable execution.
- Lead capability building and change management for sales teams.
- Govern and track execution of transformation milestones.
- Provide strategic advisory while ensuring practical on-ground outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in telecom/ISP operator sales transformation, with emphasis on broadband/FWA.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing sales transformations in emerging markets.
- Strong commercial acumen across channels, incentives, and funnel management.
- Ability to blend strategy with execution, driving measurable uplift in sales productivity.
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred but not essential.
- Open to regional practitioners willing to relocate/travel to Jakarta.
