Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Trainer/Coach with a strong background in fixed broadband direct sales to join BCGs embedded consulting team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned industry practitioner (operator-side) who has led frontline sales, trained field teams, and driven revenue uplift through structured training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on direct sales training for door-to-door, retail, and field channels.
- Conduct coaching, ride-alongs, and shadowing sessions with frontline sales teams.
- Develop playbooks, scripts, and modules to enhance conversion and customer acquisition.
- Improve pipeline hygiene and sales funnel management.
- Support knowledge transfer to ensure lasting capability within client teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in telecom/ISP operators with direct sales experience in fixed broadband.
- Proven success in emerging market environments with high-volume sales operations.
- Strong trainer/coach, capable of uplifting sales effectiveness through practical methods.
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to be Jakarta-based (MonThu or MonFri) for the project duration.
- Someone who has been a Sales Digital Transformation Lead, an Ex-Transformational Sales Head, or at the CXO level.
