Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role located in Setia Budi. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients and presenting investment opportunities in the futures market. Daily duties include building relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on investment strategies, achieving sales targets, and assisting clients with account management. The role requires consistent communication with clients and the team to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship building
• Knowledge of investment markets, financial products, and business development
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, financial services, or investment advisory is an advantage
• Professional certification in financial markets or sales is a plus
