Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Mobile Sales Force Mass.

Responsibilities

  • Selling banking products and services to potential customers.
  • Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Handling customer-related problems and complaints.
  • Being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Always comply to HSBC rules.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Min education S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable.
  • Min 2 years experience as sales force in financial industry.
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to retain important information.
  • Sound consultative selling skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent networking skills and having a motorized vehicle is preferred.
  • Objective within their risk profile.
  • Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
  • Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is required.
