Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Balikpapan. In this position, the Sales Staff will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and presenting products or services offered by the company. Additional responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and compiling sales reports to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client handling.
- Knowledge of relevant sales strategies and market analysis techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to client requirements.
- Proficiency in using basic office software tools (e.g., MS Office).
- A strong understanding of the automotive or rental industry is an advantage.
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
