Sales Specialist HORECA
Location: Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi)

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team and expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) sector. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with a strong network in Jabodetabek, able to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new HORECA customers in Jabodetabek.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel, restaurant, and caf decision-makers.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/solution recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities in designated areas.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years of sales experience handling HORECA customers in Jabodetabek.
Background can be from F&B manufacturing/distribution, kitchen equipment/utensils, internet/technology providers, or related industries.
Proven ability to open new accounts and grow business in a competitive market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a hunter mindset.
Possess a valid SIM A or SIM C (driving license) and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
Ownership of a personal car or motorbike is an advantage.
