This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include generating sales leads, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will also deliver training to clients about Hi-Tec Bearings product offerings and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Ability to deliver Training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Proficiency in negotiation and understanding client requirements
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent command of English
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of industrial or automotive parts, particularly bearings, will be considered a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
