Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and providing input to improve our product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of mineral processing, mining, or industrial equipment industries
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with EPC projects or technical sales is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
