Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product training for clients, and offering excellent customer service and support to address client needs. The position also involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries or concerns
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and develop strategies for business growth
• Experience in providing Training to clients and team members on product usage and sales techniques
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work on-site in Tangerang
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in the water purification industry or a closely related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
