Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in BSD, Tangerang. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, promoting products and services, providing excellent customer service, and conducting product training for clients and team members. Collaboration with other team members to ensure effective campaign execution is also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and effectively address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and internal teams on products and services.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of marketing strategy is beneficial.
• Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in renewable energy sectors or similar industries is an asset.
