Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and generating sales leads. Other tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, setting sales goals, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Reporting
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
