Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships, conduct client needs analysis, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, lead identification, and market analysis
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and sales reports
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry is advantageous
