Mimin is currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Indonesia to help drive our regional expansion across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves identifying and generating new sales opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will engage with prospects, conduct outreach, and qualify sales leads to ensure a steady stream of opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential customers effectively
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development to support growth initiatives and achieve targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred

What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential B2B leads across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
  • Start meaningful conversations with potential clients around Gen-AI Chatbots, Voice AI Agents, and Omnichannel & Ticketing solutions.
  • Educate prospects on how automation can reduce operational costs and enable 24/7 personalized customer support.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Business Development team to build a strong sales pipeline.
