Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in South Jakarta. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also gather market feedback to inform strategies for business growth.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and account management
• Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales effectively
• Analytical skills and understanding of market research principles
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with South Jakarta's market and business landscape is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
