The role

You will be one of our first sales hires in Indonesia. You own the full cycle, from first call to signed deal, and help shape how BowNow wins in this market.

What you'll do

• Prospect Indonesian B2B companies by phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Turn free-plan users into paying customers
• Run demos that connect BowNow to each client's pipeline problems
• Write proposals, negotiate and close
• Work with onboarding so new clients see results in their first month
• Represent BowNow at events and build a referral network with agencies and partners
• Keep the CRM up to date and share customer feedback with our Japan team

What you bring

• 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, digital marketing or IT services in Indonesia
• A proven record of hitting targets
• Confidence with outbound prospecting and product demos
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable in a startup setting

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar tools
