Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales role at MITAS Medical, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with primary clinics to promote and sell MITAS Medical's innovative ophthalmic devices and teleconsultation platform. Key tasks include educating healthcare providers on product benefits, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, cultivating relationships with clinics and distributors, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback to improve product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Training and educating customers on technical products and services
• Knowledge of healthcare or medical device industries is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English is preferred
