About The Role
This role is designed to provide critical operational and analytical support to the Brokerage & Mortgage team. In the first 6 months, youll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of performance data, supporting financial disbursement processes, and streamlining reporting for team performance reviews. Youll be the go-to person for data integrity and will collaborate closely with the team to enable informed decision-making and smooth execution of backend processes.
This is a high-ownership, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a numbers-driven environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is eager to grow in operations or business analytics.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain trackers to support the Brokerage & Mortgage Teams performance review process.
- Audit and validate performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the team in the disbursement process by coordinating with the Finance team and providing additional operational assistance as needed.
What You Will Need
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Bonus points for advanced formula and data manipulation skills in Google Sheets.
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- This is a fully onsite role; remote work is not available.
- Comfort working with numbers and data-driven tasks.
- A bachelors degree is required. A background in Business Administration or Business Management is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams.
