Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team with day-to-day operational, reporting, and coordination tasks. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone starting their career in sales operations, business operations, or commercial analytics. You will work closely with sales, category, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate tracking of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Support the sales team with data preparation, account reports, and performance summaries
  • Track orders, invoices, collections, and sales targets vs achievement
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
  • Ensure CRM and sales systems are updated with accurate and timely data
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Help standardize sales processes and documentation
  • Support incentive calculations and target tracking
  • Identify data gaps and highlight discrepancies proactively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience working with ecommerce marketplaces in Malaysia (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or other regional marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of marketplace metrics: GMV, ASP, sell-through, returns, commissions,
  • penalties, and claims
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas required)
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
