Job Description

About the role : As a People Operations and Experience professional, you will be responsible for manage HR systems and transforming people data into meaningful insights. This role supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes through accurate reporting and system optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
  • Have relevant experience in Human Resource minimum 2 (two) years.
  • Have a good knowledge of HR system process and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Possesses experience related to the implementation of labor regulations within an organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be place at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Analyse HR data related to workforce metrics, performance, and retention
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Support continuous improvement of HR process
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Ensure organizational compliance with Labor regulation.
