About the role : As a People Operations and Experience professional, you will be responsible for manage HR systems and transforming people data into meaningful insights. This role supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes through accurate reporting and system optimization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- Have relevant experience in Human Resource minimum 2 (two) years.
- Have a good knowledge of HR system process and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Possesses experience related to the implementation of labor regulations within an organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be place at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Analyse HR data related to workforce metrics, performance, and retention
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Support continuous improvement of HR process
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Ensure organizational compliance with Labor regulation.
