Act as a strategic and data-driven partner to Sales teams and management by providing reliable analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Manage end-to-end sales and business data handling, including raw data processing, data cleansing, validation, structuring, and maintenance of data accuracy.
Perform business and sales performance analysis by monitoring key metrics such as revenue, GMV, conversion rate, sales funnel performance, and team productivity.
Develop simple to intermediate data models to support forecasting, performance tracking, and evaluation of business initiatives.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (tables, charts, graphs) that clearly communicate performance and insights to management and stakeholders.
Identify key issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through structured analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Design, implement, and monitor KPIs, sales policies, and incentive schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regional BD, BI, Product, and Management to support strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in sales operations through standardization of reporting, enhancement of data quality, and optimization or automation of analytical processes.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring insights are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Strong technical and analytical skills in data handling, including data processing, modeling, and interpretation.
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong execution capability and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
